My thanks to the SKC committee for inviting me to judge at their prestigious show, an appointment which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Although the entry was relatively small in number it was high in quality.

1 Tattersall's Alanea Pennine Way. 6 mth old. Very mature for his age Well angulated front and rear with correct level topline. Well rounded croup. Impressive amount of bone and substance. Covered the ground well. Best Puppy

1 Hart's Gilliegrae So Berry Excited JW. Well balanced dog, with good colour. Handsome head with correct round eye and soft expression, yet totally masculine. Ample fore chest with good spring of rib, excellent rear angulation, which enabled him to cover the ground well.

1 Martin, Martin Green's Rhoswendae Game is on Again for Viszaset Imp Fin. Mature dog shown in excellent condition, lovely in outline. Balanced throughout. Lovely straight front with well laid shoulders and good reach of neck with level topline. Moved with drive. Res Best Dog

1 Catton & Cooks Sh C h Daithi Shadow Dog with Ferngate Imp Pol - Fully mature strong male. Very impressive when stood. Strong neck, straight front and excellent angulation. Deep chest with good spring of ribs. Sound mover.

I Tattersall's Sh Ch Carrick Shadow Dog at Alanea (Imp Pol). Almost 8 years old. Impressive dog, with lovely masculine head, good length of neck, flowing into straight front, level topline ad well angulated rear. Moved with purpose. Best Dog

1 Brookes Craigrua Iona Grousenden (IKC)9month old, pretty head of correct proportions. With kind eye and soft expression. Good fore chest and angles for one so young. Settled on the move.
2 Tattersall Alanea Summer Legacy Litter sister to best puppy dog. 6 month old. All basics there but lost out on maturity

1 Jakin's Coolfin Baltic Turn the Page, impressive young lady. Attractive feminine head with round eye and soft expression. Strong neck and correct lay of shoulder. Good angulation front and rear which she used to her advantage when she moved. Her tail never stopped wagging, which completed the picture. RBB. I was thrilled to read that she did the double that day wining Res Bitch CC at the SKC General Championship show which was running on the same day.

1 Mc Donald's Sh Ch Roanjora Cremant D'Alsace JW - Took my eye from the minute she walked into the ring, very stylsh, feminine bitch. Loved her head and expression, good reach of neck which flowed into well placed shoulders, ample spring of rib and rear angulation. She moved with drive and purpose. BB and BoB. I was delighted to hear that this was her third CC and although she had already gained her title with 2 CC's and Res CC's it was lovely to consolidate this with the third CC. I was also thrilled to read that she did the double that day wining BoB at the SKC General Championship show which was running on the same day.
2 Brooke's ESP Ch Drumlace Shadow in Earnest a Grousenden SGWC WW'20 RSCE W'20 Completely different type from winner but none the less a quality bitch. Pretty feminine bitch with good depth of chest and well angulated.

1 Mc Donald's Sh Ch Roanjora Rioja Cianza. Another quality bitch from this long-standing kennel, with a beautiful head and kind expression. Quality throughout, with similar qualities to the Open winner. A happy bitch who covered the ground well on the move.
