Frieda likes to laze on the dining room table, her favourite toy is a large Easter bunny that she loves to suck. She loves to run in the meadows and by the river with ther Irish Setter sister. She has the most amazing recall, when it suits her. She loves to dig craters in the garden. Frieda is extremely well behaved at shows but does have a tinkerish moment now and then. Frieda is also known as Crazy Horse, Donkey, Beauty and Nutter
The Club's latest Champion, gaining his title only last month. He talks a lot when excited, loves to carry anything to hand and then talk some more. Rory gets very excited about everything.
His favourite thing is to cary a soft toy around all the time, his best one is Sully from Monsters Inc who is 2ft long! Nobody else is allowed to have any toys. Snoop Dog likes to sleep in hidey holes - in the caravan he gets under the island bed! He loves the beach but will not swim! When he hasn't got a toy in his mouth he will smile
Quite the opposite to his sister Kin, Rogan is very vocal as everyone who knows him from the show ring will attest to, with - 'Oh, here comes Rogan'. On walks he will talk to all humans and all dogs and won't stop until we start walking again. Susan and Brian are always greeted with huge smiles from him. He's spoilt and sleeps on the bed at night, usually standing at the bedroom door at 9pm on the dot.
A quiet girl on the whole and a bit of a couch potato. She will walk for miles but usually she thinks if she has been to the toilet it's time to go home. Speeds up on the way home on walks. Always hungry too, Kim paces up and down when she wants feeding, she likes to snuggle and loves her holdiays in the caravan.
Edward has never been the easiest of dogs, in fact the most difficult of all the RWs we have owned. He proved to be a very good escape artist, through or over fences, we now have Edward proof fencing. Off lead I got Enid and Caroline got to recognise his sideways look before he took off, but are too slow to grab him! Fortunately, he always come back, happy and smiling to see them again. He showed early promise as a show dog and enjoys going to shows but would rather spectate than strut his stuff in the ring. The family's greatest thrill was when he won the DCC at Crufts in 2020, a joyous day.
Caleb loves to bark! Only at home or ot on walks, he is the perfect gentleman at shows - unless there is food around. He swims and enjoys chasing seagulls at the beach
Tilda love tennis balls. Her favourite place to sleep is with Tania's daughter, when she's home and will climb the spiral staircase to get to Immy's bedroom. Tilda is a great smiler and her highlight so far is BOB at Crufts 2023
Kenny is a mummy's boy who doesn't have any personal space awareness! He loves cuddles and likes to steal things off the radiators. He carries his teddy everywhere and is Nicola's therapy dog.
Magnus loves his ice cream and loves travelling in Europe and the dog park. From day one of fetching him at four months on the ferry he was so chilled and laid back - this has continued thoughout his life. He loves to be fast asleep, his favourite toys are Guinness the beagle, glass cases and kitchen roll. Magnus has 3 CCs, 2 RCCs, 18 CAC land 13 CACIB. He also has a Group 4 and Group 1 in FCI Group 7 and was World Winner 2023
Ruby is not only a show dog but a working dog and had just spent three days on a grouse moor in Northumberland with a 6.30am start as part of a grouse counting team. Then hours at home picking the heather out of her coat. She's a great time keeper and smiler, telling us when it's tea time and she greets us every morning with a lovely smile.
Always full of enthusiasm and joy, on the go 24/7 with a smile on his face Hugo can hear a pin drop at 100m. He's faster than a speeding bullet (especially if squirrels, rabbits, deer or pheasants are involved). More powerful than a locomotive (why go round something if you can go through?) Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound (well a 6ft fence anyway). If he wore pants they would be on the outside, but they wouldn't be red as his favourite colour is pink! He's our Superman
